Please be advised that Panamanian Administration from the now on will not accept Medical Certificates issued on Panamanian blanks unless the certificate was issued in Panama by Panamanian doctor. Panamanian blank for medical certificates is for the usage within the country only. You may apply with Medical Certificates issued on international blanks according to the Convention, section A-1/9 or Medical Certificates issued in Medical Centers approved by Panama.
